Support

T&A is now in the fifth year of operating a professional Support Centre with the aspiration to carry out troubleshooting at industrial level.
We are able here to analyse infrastructure problems securely in networks with up to 10,000 clients and to bring about solutions. This includes of course the central systems usual in this range.
Our unique feature consists in the comprehensive observation of all relevant manufacturers (see Interdisciplinary Integration as well) and in our many years of experience.
Our responsible team brings all our services together under "SOS Services".

SOS stands for Service - Operations - Support and covers both remote and on-site operations.

We differentiate here between several services:

  • Support
    Accepting and processing a support call
    There are several response and escalation stages available here (depending on the contract)
  • Services
    The services cover various monitoring and alarm management services. We monitor central systems (servers, firewalls, active network components) or applications for availability and compliance with SLA or QoS parameters.
  • Analyses
    The analyses and documentation sector can be commissioned on a dedicated basis but also as a setup service for management and support services.
    We have developed a service package that under the heading "PreventionPack" represents a complete solution along with a detailed actual performance analysis, which either the client or we are able to use to ensure availability.

Standard accessibility is Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00. We have dedicated telephone numbers for 24-hour accessibility that are available to clients in the framework of our support contracts.
